Does it say anything about double points or do they just show up in your account?

They show up in your account, normally a few minutes after you place the order but sometimes may take longer.

The first film looked brilliant, but the US release of Hellbound was panned. Unsure about Hell on Earth. I know it's had Blu-ray releases in places like Germany and Australia but it's unavailable in the UK and US.

I would. Just because the films are of lesser quality, that doesn't mean the transfers have to be.

As has been said already the first one wasn't bad at all, but still room for improvement. I'm guessing we'll go from pretty good to awesome transfer.

Oh absolutely but in terms of cost, can they realistically fund new transfers if sales will likely be lower? That's what I meant. Just getting them with decent encodes would be great right now.

I don't think they'd bother, honestly, if it meant making due with the available transfers. It would kind of dilute their brand. Plus, I think they'd kind of balk at releasing stuff like Hellworld, anyway. Barker wouldn't give them any involvement.

Remasters of the first two films are long overdue. Hopefully Arrow US gets these.

Should be official news if true. Hard to believe they would want to sell so few when spending all that money on remasters. Any proof?

They will surely release them in some other form once the limited set is done. Either individually or in a cheaper trilogy set without the book and such. Arrow do this routinely for other limited editions (Society, Thief, Videodrome, etc.).

We already knew the set was limited, it was in the original press release. Anything more than 5,000 for a boutique label in today's home video market is not limited (the 10k runs of Nightbreed and TCM 2 aside, the latter of which doubtless has many thousands of copies left, as it has been part of Arrow sales and still hasn't received any 'limited stock' updates, 20 months after release).

Uh, sure.

If anything, 5k is as unlimited as limited can get, seeing as Arrow's other limited sets (TCM 2 aside) have all had runs of 1 or 2k.

I'm all over this. the 2k restoration is the icing on the cake after enduring the atrocious German trilogy steelbook for the last few years.

Holland Don't give us half the details

I got only the first Hellraiser and is very grainy, but Uncut. I hope they all included the Uncut versions of every movie than it would be amazing. It's the UK. If you want to have it cheaper go to ARROW site there it is 49.99 pound. I wait for time details.

Will be interesting to see how these compare to the old japanese discs that are the best so far. To see what brand new 2k remasters really can do for the quality of picture and sound.

I'll wait for the amaray versions because that artwork is horrible.
