Can you actually see your order listed at all? I had a problem where my order hadn't gone through properly, it didn't appear at all in my orders even though I got a confirmation e-mail and they took the money.

Yeah, it seems as though if your order doesn't appear in your 'Order History' you're in trouble, as they don't seem to acknowledge it at all, despite confirmation e-mails. If you paid by Paypal, your payment will go unclaimed and be refunded to you after 30 days. Fortunately this has only happened once, but I'm concerned it could happen again.

raise a case with paypal.

i use it as a method of payment there these days, because of poor customer service.

By the time I was aware of the problem I only had to wait 10 days anyway, since it was a pre-order. But if it happens again I'll be claiming sooner.

Yes, I can see it in my order history, but there doesn't appear to be any kind of status shown for the order (such as order taken/pre-ordered/dispatched).

It's a pre-order for Lizard in a Woman's Skin.

I'm still waiting for my copy of Lizard to be dispatched from WowHD. It's currently on back order, so they're waiting for stock to arrive. Their sister site ImportCDs are showing the same.

Inoticed that, any idea how long they usually take to get stock in?

Sorry I don't know, it's my first order with them. The other film I ordered at the same time dispatched very quickly though.

Just thought I would share my first buying experience with WowHD

Ordered Batman: Bad Blood last Tuesday, it was dispatched Wednesday and I received it yesterday so 8 days for delivery and it was re-posted from inside the UK via RM48hr so identical to my last ImportCD's order but was cheaper from WowHD due to free shipping.

First experience with wowHD myself, did a trial order after the good word on here and general lack of decent US sellers nowadays.....all good!!!

Ordered 2 Criterions on the 4/2 and both received today in one package and no customs.

I'll be heading back.

After a successful first order I have placed another containing 3 items. This is larger than the last so I was just wondering how this will be packaged? Will it fit through my standard letterbox? I don't want one of those pesky Royal Mail red cards. The last order did have 2 items and fitted through but I'm just worried an extra item will make it too big. The last order was packaged in cardboard that was kind of moulded around the items. So if anyone has any info on how orders over 2 items are packaged that would be great. Thanks

No customs!, they reship everything from within the UK.

I'm still waiting for them to send out my copy of A Lizard in a Woman's Skin. It seems like they're having trouble getting stock for this title.

Some of their prices are very tempting, like the Vampyros Lesbos set from Severin for a little over £12. I know that there's a UK version but the US one with the slipcase looks more appealing.

I ordered a couple of things on Sunday night, both much cheaper than on Amazon marketplace, and they shipped yesterday. I might order a few more things. They seem cheaper and seem to have things listed quicker than Amazon marketplace, so I may use them quite a bit.

I am slightly confused by this issue of orders not registering a few people have mentioned. Is there a way to avoid this? Is it just PayPal orders people are having this trouble with? If so I might use my card in future.
