While I'd agree, it's just too late. He's already had his part in the MCU.

That's how I'm feeling. I have to add in Guardians vol. 3 to that list. I really enjoyed both movies and I hope the third, when it finally comes out, will be good. I wouldn't mind a new Blade film. I'd much rather take out Snipes though. He had his trilogy and I enjoyed them. I'd find it a bit strange to bring back Snipes and throw him in the MCU mix.
Also doubt a MCU R rating. It doesn't really seem like they'd want to mix that sort of content with all the 'family' oriented content.

If this is true, I wonder if the plan would be to have the R rated Marvel Brand outside the MCU.

It seems like there would be issues just retroactively incorporating the Deadpool and Blade movies into the MCU (would be kinda cool that Del Toro would have done an MCU movie though), and I think it could work well if they let those really be their own things or maybe a shared Marvel Knights Universe (Deadpool could certainly joke about Ryan Reynolds already basically playing the character in Blade Trinity).

There will be more than likely a Marvel Knights brand, which will feature R rated films. Leaving other films as Pg-13 which could still feature the Marvel Knights characters.
