No big deal, at least it's coming. The official street date is sometime in July, no?

88 take all payments upon ordering, not when dispatching.

At first I thought they accidentally put May as JBD release date and was a typo. July was original date and I thought this would still be the case.

But since you got a reply saying JBD is delayed until next week, that is still better than July.

I'm sure somewhere on social media they said that they'd missed a delivery window and that they'd be going out this coming week now instead.

Hide and Go Shriek is out in July but I've already received and watched my copy so JBD in May is definitely plausible.

Nope. They have samples in as seen on FB which means the discs and packages are complete, and bar any issues, will be produced and shipped to 88 to distribute. The one week delay was due to delays from replication, and they should be shipping this week.

This is probably an advance release from 88 like Mountaintop Massacre

My favorite slasher just shipped! I know it's probably not a new scan but my fingers are crossed that the picture on this release improves upon the Code Red release.

Usually don't care for slipcovers but for obvious reasons I had to get this one

I'm in NY - It usually takes about a week and a half. They ship Royal Mail vs. Asendia on Amazon. That takes about 3 weeks give or take.
