Well I've never had a problem with them until now. And as it STILL hasn't been dispatched even though I was told by their customer service yesterday that it was to be 'Shortly', I will think long & Hard before using then again.

Lack of dispatch emails or account updates doesn't automatically mean it hasn't, to be honest I might have been tempted to try them more if it weren't for the fact a lot of people didn't get a slip with their copies of Doctor Strange.

Doesn't bother me that zoom haven't posted it yet but I'm not surprised, because while Uni/Par/Sony stuff is being dispatched directly from Sony DADC I'm not clear on where they're sourcing their Lionsgate and Disney discs from. As long as I get it next week I'm golden.

Got my despatched email from Zoom 30 minutes ago and postie has just delivered it.

I hate it when Tesco do that with their pre-orders, hopefully this doesn't become a regular thing from Zoom.

Got dispatch emails during the night for both this and Criterion It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, but only Mad World turned up so looks like probably Monday for Guardians.. Was hoping to watch tonight whereas probably won't get round to watching Mad World yet. Oh well...

Odd that as their copies of Doctor Strange were also slipless but copies from Tesco and HMV had them.

I was the same, email form Zoom at 00:30, but mine arrived this morning with a slipcover.

That includes DVDCompare. I've corrected a couple of their listings myself.

Other people I try to help out (even on this forum) continue to refuse to believe history and will not take a chance until it's confirmed. They will continue believe and cite Amazon and Zavvi's listing of Region B despite every shred of evidence showing neither is remotely accurate. Heck, some of them will continue to argue that not all UK sets are region free and that Zavvi's discs must have different coding than the items that Amazon sells. How many times has the bluray.com database listing of " Region B (A, C untested)" been cited as proof that an item is region locked?

Most of us here could blindly predict which items will be free or locked at a far higher accuracy rate, but it just doesn't matter since Amazon lists it as B.
Well just to put the matter to rest until the BD of Spider-man both the 2D and 3D discs in the UK release of Guardians Vol.2 are Regions A/B/C

You know what time it nearly is? It's 'time for me to moan about amazon not getting the item to me on release day' o'clock.

Nah, not this time, I had a voucher to use so cannot even be bothered to moan, Tuesday will be fine.

My 4K edition arrived from zoom today, with slip. Yay! And as said upthread it came from Sony DADC directly so I guess we now know where Disney are pressing their UHDs.
