The back cover also states 1 disc with an AVC (2D) encode on a BD25.

I can't find any evidence that Roommate was shot in 3D or played theatrically in 3D.

Strongly doubt it.
It would have to be anaglyph, half-res SBS, or a half-res OU, for 3D to be on an AVC encoded BD25 2D Blu-ray.

Last night I watched Monster Hunt, which was as fun as it was bizarre! The 3D was fun, though not as dynamic as The Mermaid.

I also have Flying Swords of Dragon Gate, and Journey to the West: The Demons Strike Back.

Are there any other Chinese 3D Blu-rays worth buying?

High recommendations for Mojin: The Lost Legend, all of Tsui Hark's other 3D movies, and Cheang Pou-soi's Monkey King trilogy.

Also recommend Out of Inferno and Naked Ambition 2.

The Second Coming and Baby Blues have some good 3D if you're into bad horror movies. The Child's Eye is alright 3D.

Pickup Revenge of the Shogun Women next year for sure.

Oh I'm pre-ordering Shogun Women the day it goes live. Vintage 3D kung fu as restored by 3D Film Archive, I'd almost buy two copies!

I've heard good things about Mojin, I wish it was Region A! I'll add it to my wishlist for Region B titles, once I finally break down and get a Region Free player.

I'd pick up Out of Inferno today if it wasn't out of print!

Hong Kong 3D is going out of print fast. Check DDDhouse for best prices and go ahead and pick up Taking of Tiger Mountain, Sword Master, Thousand Faces of Dunjia, Monkey King 3, and whatever else you want.

Ebay is probably your best option. That one was an early 3D release so is side-by-side 3D as opposed to a proper 3D Blu-ray.

I'm missing the HK 3D bluray of Jackie Chan's Dragon Blade.
I've literally looked everyone for it. I heard that the German import is a no go as it is missing things and dialogue.
Does anyone know where I could find this elusive bluray?
I should've ordered it from YesAsia back in the day when it was available. I guess you snooze you lose.

Ebay is probably your best option, as it is with all out of print titles. I think the German import is only missing English subtitles for the non-English dialogue (which there's a lot of).

Have not found yet Natali(e) 3D [HK] , Out of Inferno 3D [HK], european versions do not have english subs , Tales of the Night 3D [TW], other 3D versions do not have english subs , and the Naked Ambition 3D lenticular slipcover is also out of print, but in normal keep case still available.

Being from Germany, it is great that some Asian 3D movies are released here , even if without english subs.

I got my English Tales of the Night from here. Has a nice slipcover where the stars sparkle. It’s the only English language version of the film I know of, the Taiwanese edition. They have 5 left in stock, 13 euro plus shipping. They sent mine DHL or EMS tracked, I don’t recall which one it was but it only took a week to Canada;

Thanks. I might have been on this website before, but I can not read/understand taiwanese, so I did not know how to order, but with the english translation, I found out now, I could do the (overseas) checkout. I ordered the Formosa 3D movie, aswell.
