Too bad the 4k appears to be cancelled. I liked Claire Foy in the part and this movie; and it probably goes without saying that Daniel Craig was/would have been better as Mikael Blomkvist in this movie. I for one wish there were more movies like this rather than the latest Marvel Hero. Not that I dislike those movies.

Agreed. Claire Foy was a great Lisbith. The problem with the film wasn’t her, it was a completely limp script.

I'm a big fan of Claire Foy and I loved Fincher's version, but it's a shame there won't be a UHD release.

Goosenbumps 2 didn't have any indication of a 4K release when the press release came out. Maybe this will be the same... wishful thinking.

Same here! Love Fede and sad I missed this in theaters but definitely blind buy this when it comes out on home video!

I wasn't going to buy this but it's a sad day when they cancel any 4K plans. 4K needs all it can to survive so wishing the worst for even the worst of titles is never good. Whether you liked it or hated it, it NEEDED to be on 4K.

I don't think 4k discs are under threat because occasionally box office mega-bombs are released BD only. There were movies that got DVD only releases long after BD debuted, for similar reasons. In the future there will be download/streaming exclusives as well.

True but its a stinger for some non major release titles that I would love to see get released on 4K. Most of the time not even the drama's/romance stuff gets released on 4K either, it's only on BD. Love, Simon was one of the first so I don't want studios to make this a trend.
