Just saw this on Facebook, nearly hit the roof cause I’ve vowed never to re-buy this series anymore upon further inspection I saw it said 1995-2002. Is this official cause I hate the idea of having 5 individual releases then a boxset for the last 3…

Given where the image has leaked from, 100% official. Is possible though that singles could also be available, or that a 1-5 box is also coming. Will have to wait to see either if more leaks, or what Shout announces when they properly announce it themselves.

Bummer about the box. Hopefully it’s just the three slip boxes inside to match the rest. I will toss the box and sell resurrection if that’s the case.

Sweet, I’ve been waiting for the last couple of films on 4K. I hate not having complete sets or mismatched sets for that matter, but I suppose it’s good news at the end of the day.

It’s kinda lazy for Scream to just do a box set instead of individually, but whatever. If the Producer’s cut is included along with the extras of these three, I’m all in

It could be a contractual agreement with Paramount to box them together

And frankly, while I don't usually care much about packaging in general, I did kinda dig those first five rugged little hard-shell slips from last October, even looking past the art on them. But it's not the packaging that's bugging me with this box set, it's the marketing method. I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like this box set was a bit of a sucker punch in a dark room. Not only would I greatly prefer the individual releases, which I'm still ardently hoping for on day one, but I'm fairly dead set against being practically forced into buying Resurrection just to get H20 and Curse in 4k uhd in time for Halloween 2022.

My 3 least favorite Halloween movies but I have to get them for completionist sake. I do hope Shout releases them separately with the hard slip case to match the first 5.

Shout doesn’t have the license, and since they’re now with Lionsgate, probably can’t get to them.

For all we know there could be individual slip boxes in this big box that match the 5 from last year. Seems like a biggish box for 3 4K size cases.

We don’t know yet. Scream has not made it’s preliminary announcements.

I hope they do. If I have to, I'll buy the boxset, but I'd rather just get only H20.

Also I hope it's color corrected properly. I'd love to see what it looked like in theaters.
