The Halloween 4K Collection Blu-ray

I was doing some poking around with Bullmoose and found this image.

I couldn't quickly find a corresponding page to go with it, but the image URL is very close to that of Return of the Living Dead, so maybe October as well...?

But yeah, that'd be Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, and Halloween: Resurrection.

Well that's just damn weird. So I have the first 5 as individuals, and I'm just gonna slide this odd boxset of the next 3 beside em? That puts my OCD totally on the blink.

Look closer at the spine; it’s an eight-disc set, and the Blu-ray emblem is right underneath the UHD one.

I could be wrong, but doesn't that picture say 8 disc? It could say 3 and it's just the pixelation making it look like 8.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, especially since it seems to be an 8-disc set. I have never actually watched the sixth film, but I'm willing to bet that H2O is the most popular film here by far, while we all know that Resurrection is widely considered one of the worst films in the franchise. Shout has data on how the previous 5 films sold individually and speaking for myself, I only bought the first one. I wouldn't be surprised if there's no way to buy these three separately at first.

There's only 3 movies though... so that means that blu ray copies would be included 6 would be 3 disc, H20 be 2, Resurrection would be 2,.... perhaps the 1 disc left is a special feature disc???

Well, that's an interesting choice for a set for sure. I'd imagine they'll be available individually but if they aren't I'll probably pick up the set, though it'd mainly be for H20.

Yeah, I totally thought the same too because of the amount of discs

Now I'm not sure if there really will be individual releases now.
