It looks like Universal is just including the original 2012 Blu-ray based upon the specs / bonus features.

Do we know if the steel is Gruv exclusive? I think it’s ugly but I’ve had the same art for 10 years on my shelf lol

Nope, it's wide release.

Not sure why Universal waited so long. Imported the LEs of the first two, so they missed the boat on this series. Don't see any reason to buy it again, though it was certainly fun revisiting both of the first two films I this series.

Wish they could slap the 88 Films artwork on that steelbook.

I hate the 88 for the first 2 as well. If something wowed me with this release, I might pick up this new one and sell the 88. I don’t think there’s anything that’s going to make me do that though.

I wish it was the Unrated DVD cover. I've always liked that. I don't think it's been used since the DVD era. (on the Unrated Collector's Edition and Unrated Ultimate Edition DVDs)

The dissolves in Wedding are all 1st gen quality too so, again, deffo a DI there. But with a cut neg there's always hope for a rebuild and Universal have been more diligent than most on that front. And my word the Blu transfer looks utterly awful next to the UHDs of the first two. So bad. Might be easy to reach that conclusion next to such delicious new 4K transfers, but even the Blu of Reunion looks miles betterer. No need to rebuild that one, slap an HDR pass on it and that's me sorted. But fingers crossed that Wedding gets redone.

It's odd that Shannon Elizabeth is barely there in the packaging. She's surprisingly not in the credit block (which I didn't realize), but also now replaced in the pictures on the back cover and not mentioned in Universal's new description at the end, where they list virtually every single actor with a big or important part. Yet the back cover does feature four different images of Jason Biggs, who even ended up solo on the SteelBook (avec tarte aux pommes) and on the inside as well.

Even though my heart and body belong to Jeanine Stifler's Mom, Nadia was a very close second, almost too close. But now, you might forget Shannon is in the movie (or to be more precise, that this is the movie with Nadia / that scene) if you don't recognize her head on the front cover. I wonder if this was done at a request from Shannon Elizabeth, or if the designer who put these artworks together for Universal just hasn't seen the film.

I always assumed it was because she was, sort of, a side character and not even in the movie all that much, even though she was, arguably, in the most memorable part of the movie. lol

She's also been known as kind of an arrogant, pompous twit over the past two decades, which I've read from more than several people who have met her at conventions. Maybe it's better off she didn't get to be on much packaging material. HAHA!

She's never been in the credits block for this movie AFAIK and ultimately has a very small part in the film and indeed the franchise. A very, very memorable part for sure, but she's not part of the 'core' gang. Weird that she's not name checked in the blurb along with what seems like every other living participant, but then people like Coolidge and Hannigan (who weren't in the credits block, even) would have much greater name recognition for their work than the DTV/Lifetime trash that Ms Elizabeth has been making. Indeed, Hannigan gets a couple of pics on the new back cover and is mentioned third in that 'starring' list!

If the first movie sells well, they can do a box set (and get everyone to buy the first movie again). It seems to have worked with A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Agreed. Not feeling that steelbook art at all, just hope we can get Reunion on 4k without having to buy them in a pack with Wedding. I will be pissed!
