Amazon has it up for $90.95. Pretty good price considering it's 4 movies + 3 dvds of extras. Personally I might wait until Warner puts it up and see if I can grab it with 30% off.

Yes, we can finally stop the when is The Matrix coming out threads. The Matrix Trilogy is one of the most over trilogies in history. OK maybe I was being a little harsh the first on was ok the second one was good but the third one just sucked!

It getting a bit tiresome hearing people moaning about HD DVD ports. I realize that there's still some bad blood regarding the format war, but let's not be unreasonable. I'm all for studios re-encoding their previously-released-on-HD DVD titles *if* they looked like ass on the other format. In the case of these films, from everything I've read, the HD DVD versions looked incredible to begin with. I know it's hard for us here at blu-ray.com to admit sometimes, but not ALL HD DVD releases looked bad, guys. Some of them looked damn good. I mean, the format's dead, so credit where credit's due, you know. Would I rather have a maxed out bitrate on a BD-50? Of course. Theoretically, it *could* get better that way. On the other hand, I never saw the HD DVD version (I was never purple), so I'm going to reserve judgment on this until I see the Blu edition. If the transfers and soundtracks are of the kind of quality that I'm reading virtually everywhere regarding the HD DVD version, then I'm not going to give two sh*ts about where they came from. If it looks great and sounds great, who really gives a crap? I think sometimes people get so caught up in counting bits that they forget how to actually enjoy a movie in HD video and HD audio. And that's a real tragedy, folks. Let's wait and see the blu release for ourselves before we get our panties in a bunch.

i certainly wont be rushing out to buy this.. have seen the movies in HD on broadcast and HD DVD last year.. and after watching them a million times on DVD, i think i have seen enough.. still though would be tempted if they were to be got at a cheaper price down the line.. any word on Warner announcing Blade? Would really like to see that in Blu Ray.. have seen it in HD on Satelite and its pretty good, but i would love a losseless audio track

Cheers,
Mick
