If this is true then Paramount just shot themselves in the foot because I will no longer be going to see Eagle Eye in theaters. I'll just wait another two months and rent it on Blu.

I am definitely not a fan of Tom Cruise because I think he's a wack-job, but there are some films of his I definitely like and Days of Thunder is one of them.

If I met him, I'd tell him what a nutcase I think he is (because of his devotion to L. Ron Hubbard's made-up religion) but I'll pick this up and I'll pick up The Firm and Minority Report whenever Paramount/Dreamworks release those.

Truman Show and Braveheart are must have's - I can't wait for those.

BRAVEHEART is a must own if there ever was one. The only other titles with that kind of magintude are Scarface and Passion. Godfather came out today. I forgot to mention Gladiator. With Casino and American Gangster I mean we are getting the good stuff now.

Thumbs up

I hate Jim Carey with a passion yet The Truman Show is one of my favourite movies. Hopefully it'lll receive the transfer it deserves.

Braveheart is another obvious purchase.

I'm a big fan of Tom Cruise. Most of his movies are enjoyable. I don't know him personally, so what he does off-screen doesn't concern me at all. What he does on-screen is all that matters to me.

Election has already been officially announced for release on 1/20, and we expect Braveheart that day as well.

As always, keep in mind that these titles and dates ARE unofficial and are subject to change until they're actually officially announced by the studios in press releases and retail solicitations.

Stay tuned!

I'll be gettting Zodiac, Election, The Truman Show and Dexter Season 1 (and I hope Season 2 isn't far behind).

I wanted to like 'Into The Wild', but I'm afraid Penn's over-indulgent directing just annoyed the hell out of me and IMHO spoiled what should have been a great film. He really should stick to acting, since he's one of the best actors of his generation. Anyway, I'll give that one a miss.

If the 11/18 release date for Tropic Thunder is correct, wouldn't there be a pre-order available for it already? I mean it's only a month away. I'm starting to think that release date is nothing more than a rumor or else it would've had a preorder already. December seem more likely. I hope I'm wrong though.
