Did anyone else experience a loss of titles from their collection in the app? Not sure if an update moved some titles or categorized some differently, but I went from 1066 to 1040 overnight. I've since added more so my current total is higher. This happened a few days ago last week.
Any reason why that would have happened? Anyone else see that happen to them? |

These 'New' items controlled by the 'Watched' setting in the Collection Edit view. Once you set the 'Watched' flag, they will be removed from the 'New' filter. If you also set the watched date, you are able to sort by it. |

A jump in the collection count can be a combination of the following:
To narrow down what could be the cause, do you remember when you updated to get 1040? This helps us track which movies had the 'unique movies' changed. If this is a long time ago and you've updated your collection on the site (added or removed items), then the count in the app is most likely a bit off. Update: You have 844 movie products in your collection, a total of 1048 unique movies. I've checked your current collection and there has been only a minor change (+1) in the 'unique movies' count in the beginning of May. Maybe you have deleted something from your collection between those updates? Last edited by incubus; 05-18-2016 at 06:41 AM. |

I know I didn't touch my collection count recently other than to add a bunch of titles. Hmm |

I guess using Ultra Violet is the closest alternative to track such a collection. Example: https://www.blu-ray.com/uv/Inside-Ou...aViolet/15986/ |

I haven't heard of anyone else reporting collection count issues due to items disappearing. I'll keep an eye out, but most often the reason has been that the 'unique movies' count changed. |

We might have missed some date formatting somewhere so it could help us track it down, but most of the dates are formatted according to the settings of your device. Last edited by incubus; 06-14-2016 at 07:38 AM. |

Using Android 6 OS. In any view the date is month/day rather than day/month. Just added some titles and the added date is 6/19/2016, same for watched dates etc.
EDIT Just refreshed my app to add something I had added via PC the other day and it sorted all my date issues. Perhaps a server issue? Either way, all sorted now. |

I did that now, and if you update your collection it should be categorized as 3D. |

In the settings area within the app, the CACHE section has a Clear operation.
Trying to use this always brings up an error window. The listed size for the cache goes to zero (within the app), but returns to its previous size the next time the app starts. (Seen with App version 1.3.6 Build 4113 on iOS 9.3.2 iPhone SE) I'm aware that I could clear the cache by deleting the app. But since there's a button to just clear the cache, it'd be awfully nice if it worked! |
