Well, they don't have a choice of Oklahoma. Oregon will have already been selected as the single at-large.

The Sugar Bowl projection is Florida/Louisville. The Fiesta Bowl projection is Kansas State/Oregon. Florida will destroy Louisville.

I know. But there's an order they go through. Sugar gets first selection because they lost their auto-bid team (Alabama in championship), so they would take Florida to replace them. Then Fiesta would get to pick from the AQ teams not already assigned or an at-large team if a spot was available. They choose Oregon. By the team it gets to the Sugar Bowl again, they can only select an AQ team.

I knew all that. I was just saying earlier (after knowing Oregon was a lock for a BCS Bowl) that it's a shame Oklahoma will get stuck with the Cotton Bowl, they would be a much better team for a BCS Bowl versus Louisville.

maybe so, but one great game doesn't justify a season filled with mediocre moments and bad decision making in the 4th quarter. they lost a lot of close games. great teams win those games. Wisconsin is not a great team and while they are 8-5, i would not look at them as being one of the 25 best in the country right now.

OMG Northern Illinois is in the Orange Bowl.

It's Northern Illinois vs. Florida St. There's going to be a huge spread on that one.

Only looking forward to the Fiesta Bowl (ORE-KSTATE) and the National Championship. The other BCS bowls look to be boring.

Florida will smash Louisville
Florida State will smack N. Illinois
Stanford should handle Wisconsin...could be a good game, but I'm just not very intrigued

absolutely. the only negative of being a Ducks fan is that every year there is so much new and cool memorabilia to buy

i swear, every year i get like 4 or 5 new shirts and a sweatshirt or two.

at week we have casual fridays and during football season we can wear team clothing. one of the managers is a big time St. Louis everything fan, so he gets to wear St. Louis stuff, so i wear my Ducks and Seahawks apparel

i also have a banner flag that i hang from my patio during the games. i've already had a few people stand outside (i'm on the 2nd floor mind you) and scream and holler at the banner (not me, i'm inside, so they are literally yelling at the banner). mind you, i live in a very nice four building complex where the average age of the tenants is at least 45 and many are retired. so this isn't young people hollering, it's retirees.

part of the reason i only keep the banner outside during games lol

Pretty sure Orange chooses last. It was really the Sugar Bowl that changed (since they couldn't take Oklahoma).

Northern Illinois's strength of schedule this season: 124th/124 teams. I can't believe that fraud got into a BCS game despite losing a game. FSU-NIU should have one of the biggest spreads ever for a BCS game.
