Yeah, those games last year were crazy lol. The lowest point of my Madden career

Revis was getting schooled by stevie johnson left and right haha, i was flabbergasted

I was up like 20-6 or something like that and super simmed the rest for this game. Damn pesky Bills.

Anyone having games without the accelerated clock? Me and Stewie's game didnt have one and it was taking forever.

Not sure, but I noticed it in my preason game vs scdg81 and now vs Stewie. When I played the CPU in preseason the accel clock was on.

No accelerated Clock in me and Asomugah's game either our game took about an dhour and 30 minutes and was the only reason why i made a crazy comeback late in the game

Yeah it seemed like we played for 2 hours!! I really noticed it on the 4th quarter when I was trying to not run the score up and use some of the clock but when I broke the huddle there was still like 28 seconds remaining and I didn't really feel like sitting to drain the clock. Normally with the accel clock way more time would have been drained which would have prevented my almost heart attack from Turners nice comeback!!

Whats funny is it provided more realistic real life football stats though. Overall the tackle output was much higher around real football i had players with 8 tackles.

But 8 Minutes no Accel Clock is No bueno lol

No we played with 8 min quarters. Its difficult to hold a lead in this game and still try to show sportsmanship. I was up 21 at one point next thing I knew I was in a must score possession lol.

As of Monday we went to 8 mins.

Interesting you can do that mid week. Usually you had to wait for the next week's advance for it to change.

Hey Guys i have a question have everyone seen the ridiculous success rate of Onside Kicks?

Theirs onside kicks where the receiving team players just run around the ball without picking it up and the defense then runs in and gets it. terrible they need to patch asap

Come to think of it, yes. I can't do it for some reason, but have had it done to me. Like my defender is too dumb to fall on the ball and misses it.

That's how I felt too!! I was up by a comfortable margin in the 4th and went into close out mode and run the rock then punt but the clock wasn't Tony advantage with no accel clock. I would have felt bad sitting their for 20 seconds each play!! So Turner made some stops and got an onside kick. Aired it out with some no huddle and bam, started closing on me. So all of a sudden I had to get out of close out mode and start scoring again!!

Don't forget about the rules if you're up big time in the 4th qtr. If you're not up over 30 points in the 4th qtr. I say keep the pedal to the metal because Madden will try to do anything it can to help your opponent comeback!

If you're in the 4th qtr up 30 points or more already, and your opponent, or CPU reduces that lead to 15 or 20 points in the 4th qtr. You're allowed to keep scoring. This prevents any comeback attempts from your opponent, or CPU gaining any momentum. If you know that your opponent, or CPU is not a threat to make a comeback, please follow the rules regarding Sportsmanship and respect. (See rule above)

With 8 minute quarters, yep. I just quit a league on here with 5 minute quarters, I was down 4 scores in the 4th and my opponent was throwing the ball on my side of the 50 on first down, "to move the chains". His team, A+, mine B. I think I had already thrown 5 INTs with my 75 rated QB. Throwing on first down felt too much like a lobby game. I like MaCruz's rules.

I remember when I was playing in my League for Madden 11. I had a few games where I was up maybe about 25 points in the 4th qtr. Seems like a comfortable lead but turn the ball over a few times your opponent is back in the game and down like 10 points. It's scary and I try to run the ball most of the time because I like to keep the clock constantly running but that damn game loves to help commit those turnovers for the team currently winning.

Oh yeah, Michael Turner is in my fantasy team also and I have to bench him because I'm starting Trent Richardson instead.
