FYE in Newington NH had a buy 1 get 2 free for bluray and DVD under 3.99.

They had a bunch of the dollar tree blurays so I picked 9 up for 3 dollars.

Thanks for the heads-up! Arrived in the mail today. It did look re-wrapped, but since there's a "Distributed by WB" sticker over the case, I assume WB themselves re-wrapped it after they acquired the rights to Paramount's back catalog. Regardless, I'm just happy to have the movie on Blu finally.

Mine was the same way when I got it a couple of weeks ago. Many Paramount titles seem to be done that way. I even ordered some titles from other websites, and they all come the same way-that rewrapped look. But, I am going to open them anyway, so it probably does not matter.

Glad you got it though. It's a great film. Now, it they would release The Distinguished Gentleman and Harlem Nights on blu ray, I will be happy. I love both of those Eddie Murphy movies.

I was able to get a copy of the Trading Places/Norbit/48 Hrs Tiple Feature today from FYE for $6.99. If folks still need them, they are out there.

I couldn't find that at my FYE, and it doesn't matter now since I just got Trading Places by itself (and opened it), already own 48 Hrs., and don't really need Norbit, but just out of curiosity, where was it located in FYE? Which section and letter?

The DVD is currently $3 at Big Lots, in case anyone just wants the movie.

Any idea if FYE has Paycheck on Blu-ray? I forgot to look for it. I got the DVD for $3 recently - again, from BL - but I figured the Blu would always be around and I could wait for a $5 sale.



Very underrated movie, released during Ben Affleck's "slump" and tabloid relationship with J-Lo, so I don't think many people gave it a chance.

$9.99 I know it's 50 cents cheaper on Amazon. But it has its slip. I remember some bits of it. But never really fully seen it all.

Sorry, I forgot to reply yesterday. It was under the Trading Places title. They had a copy of Norbit and also 48 Hrs, too.

Thanks. My store definitely didn't have it then.

Doesn't matter, as I've already opened - and watched - my standalone Trading Places Blu-ray.

The movie still holds up very well, though I was shocked by all the racial content - I didn't remember any of that. Times really have changed. But the movie never condones or justifies racism, so it still plays as well now as it did back in 1982.
