I figure about $250 before taxes. Game of Thrones sampler I got free through Cinemaphile (thanks again!), The Offices were $9.99 each at Target, Toy Story 1 3D and 2 3D $25.99 each from Amazon (and sold the regular Blu combos I had on eBay), Winter's Bone was $7.99 (I think) at BB, Downtown Abbey Season 2 $23.74 through Amazon Gold Box, Romeo+Juliet $9.95 from Amazon, Romeo and Juliet $9.49 from TP and fulfilled by Amazon, Dinosaurs Alive 3D + Dinosaurs 3D + Ultimate G's 3D + Legends of Flight 3D $9.99 each from Fry's, Tora + Comancheros + Patton + Butch $11.99 each from Amazon, WWII in 3D $12.99 from Amazon, and My Bloody Valentine 3D about $16.50 from Columbia House (actually something like $33 but part of a Buy 1 Get 1 free deal - still waiting for All Quiet on the Western Front to ship).

I'm not sure if I've ever gotten pre-orders early with UPS, maybe once or twice at the most. I tend to get other orders a day earlier than expected. USPS tends to hold them at the post office right down the road from me until the next day lol

My Post Office is the same way. If UPS guy can't find my house (it happens a lot for me) he drops it off at the Post Office and the guy holds it for me.

Fed-Ex is the worst for me when it comes to ordering something from AMZ. They are always late or they can't find my house and say they have to send it back. I've had to call AMZ so many times because of them.

Received my first amazon uk last night and the packaging was the same. My other order should be here today or tomorrow. I switched out the cases for the viva elite because I found uk bds come in a thicker case. I don't mind but for more space on my shelf I needed to swap the cases out. However I did keep the uk cases though if I ever need a temp replacement.

funny thing is Lost in translation came in the normal glued closed flap in a single box was harder to open then the pull strap on the UK packaging. And Also I had forgot all about the movie until the mail guy came and I saw it Seemed fast for standard shipping.

and yes the UK Bds do come in a thicker case.. I can't say that I mind yet since this is my first one.. do all slip cover UK Blu's have that window cut out on the side were you open them?

Finally got it. It is mine. My own. My precioussssss! I would thank Barnes & Noble, but the Precious won't let me.

Click below for beauty shots of the Precious. Two are blurry and the last is a bit dark. I don't think the Precious likes being photographed too much.
[Show spoiler]

It came to me. It is beautiful.

You know what is funny? I received both of these today and if you notice, Dakota Fanning is in The Secret Life of Bees. Well guess what? Today just happens to be Dakota's 18th birthday!
