One of my orderes shipped on the 2nd June according to the tracking it hasn't even left the US yet, should I be concerned?
Usually my WOWHD packages arrive within a week of dispatch.

A few posts up you'll see I have one in a similar position. It's a bit weird. I emailed about mine last week and they said they'd follow up with the carrier and I would have an update soon.

I've sent WOW three emails ( had the same reply that they have contacted the mail company about tracing it's process etc) my order was sent early may with tracking, normally here in UK I've gotten orders in over a week at times.

EPG Tracking is showing my package went to the processing centre on June 24th and nothing since. How long before I should start worrying?

To date I've had one order gone missing in past 18 months, I have found them okay to deal with always answering my emails promptly and deliver times pretty good to the UK.

I’m in the same situation, last update 24th June and since then nothing. This is by far the longest I’ve waited for an order from them, I think you have to give it 45 days before they consider it lost.

they've told me to wait 45 working days. i'm sure they will replace, just annoying the replacements will likely be slipless. Not a huge slipcover collector but my GBU disc has one.

That's a positive regarding the slip for GBU yes I got the 45 days advice from them as well they seem to value ones custom although that's just my experience !

Looking at previous orders, it's taken around four days in the past for packages to be received at the EPG processing centre. Given it's now been two weeks since mine was dispatched I think it's probably lost. Bit annoying to have to wait another month to report it, but ah well.

Waiting on a few DD deliveries myself. Plus some normal 2nd class stuff from HMV and elsewhere. I'm getting "new BD arrival" withdrawal symptoms

Seems that it’s common for anyone shipping with RRD to have items disappear for a few weeks. I’ve got one from AYM dispatched on the 29th and another from WOW shipped around the same time and both have disappeared off the radar for well over a week

Not the first time this has happened this month, then suddenly they’ll turn up somewhere.

You havn't said which EU country you are from, but the rules might be different with the Post Office for your country, though I would expect Wow to be adding VAT to your order.
Coming late to this, but if your order is over £135 then WowHD/DD no longer charge VAt upfront. This is because packages valued over that amount are processed within the UK by HMRC just like ALL packages used to be. The new £135 limit is used because at that point, not only is VAT involved, but possible Duty charges as well. These are negligible for stuff like DVD/BD's but because there's a potential Duty charge, it's all handled upon arrival into the UK.

Below £135, you only have to worry about VAT, and that is charged upfront, as it;s supposed to be.

it's actually hats off to DD/WowHD for actually complying with the rules exactly as they are supposed to do!

This of course refers to items shipping to the UK. Most Eu countrie shave their own version of these rules, as Duty charges are prety tmuch exclusively the doman of national governments, whereas with VAt, the Eu gets involved.

I had a BIG box of boxsets ship out on the 6th, the notice said it was DHL US Domestic but the tracking code is RRD, I spent a day getting error messages from DHL until I twigged, that's an RR Donnelley code. Who I believe have been bought by ePost Global? anyways, the trackign says it went into transit on the 7th, what sort of delays can I expect?

It looks like they send heavier items via RRD, flks seme to get stuff actually using DHL pretty fast but experience delays and weirdness when RRD is in there.

My recent experiences, RRD packages have taken anywhere between 9-15 days.

Also bear in mind, if they’re shipping from the States they may take slightly longer if there’s any “4th July” backlog.

What’s the best way to track WOW orders? Can I also track them once they hit the UK?

I usually slap the RRD# here:

https://www.ordertracker.com/

Then, if it gets passed to Hermes/EVRi for the UK leg I just use the EVRi app/website. The RRD order tracker above will quote the Hermes tracking reference when they have it.

Thanks. Just tried and it can’t find my tracking number. Ordered this over two weeks ago so it should be enroute as it’s been dispatched. Do you put in the RRD or just the number?
