Well I think they should go RETRO with original poster artwork with maybe some foil look or slipcover. but also include the original WB logo that works incredibly with the music starting with the film. and inlcude the orignal audio in HD audio. along with the non CGI things added. Original theatrical cut for sure. They can throw in the updated version on Disc 2.

Import or bilingual and the shipping option but from past experience with Amazon.ca it waste of money to take a faster shipping method..i always took the free shipping and always got it before the day (got them 2 to 3 days after i place my order) they said it would be delivered.

But you will receive an email confirmation from amazon.ca when your order has been shipped...you can even check in your account the status of your order.

I can't find this at Best Buy. This is so frustrating. And then they wonder why Amazon does better than them... because their selection is crap. How can they make business if they don't sell what customers are looking for?

I think Friedkin's holding back from releasing the original original version until he really needs the retirement cash. So there will be at least one more repackaging of the first film, that's for sure. I like the 4K release idea, can't believe I didn't think of that. So I guess there'll be at least 2 more to come.

It looks like some stores are carrying it, others no. I guess they didn't think the world's best horror movie collection wouldl not sell at Halloween time. Ok, maybe not the best horror collection, but it does have the best horror movie.

Same for Best Buy Canada!! they dont even sell them on their website....Future Shop does but only online....in store says no stock and i've looked at different stores in Canada and none of them say they have it in store.

This was my first time watching The Exorcist on bd and man the sound is fantastic! From subtle sounds like Reagan's aquarium bubbling in the background while she slept, to the ominous tones of the music! This movie was a treat and well worth the $20 some odd dollars spent on this!

Sorry they look bad still in plastic at work. WB hardley ever give you their trailers in HD at all. I can't recall the last time a catalog title did.
