There is one movie I would say is comic accurate Cormans Fantastic Four.
There are none others that 100%. They all borrow from different universe to craft the movie they want on screen. Anyone trying to prop up a movie by downgrading another using comic accuracy is a troll.

Kaite Holmes was pretty worthless in Batman Begins. They should have just written the character out instead of recasting. Two Face is wasted as well.

Still waiting for a movie with Batman being a Detective, the most prepared and smartest man in the room.

I just discovered I have another unpopular opinion just by reading through this thread...

I like BOTH Burton's and Nolan's Batman movies.

Darthvaderrocks has highjacked this forum like Bane in TDKR with plot holes and all. Its funny how almost everyone here is obsessed with his opinions on Nolan, Lynch, Nolan and Nolan. How long will this go on for? Who cares. I hope he is trolling everyone and laughing at the reactions

It will go for as long as it needs to. Feel free to ignore it.

You're partially correct, he has hijacked this thread. It's hard to ignore 150+ posts saying variations of the exact same thing. So you support trolling?

I'm afraid that aspect is being lost to history. He's just a rich guy with gadgets but instead of armor he wears a bat suit.

How many people even remember DC stood for Detective Comics.

He is not rich currently in the comics.
The animated series Batman will always be the best version outside of the comics.

That's always been the main drawback for Batman as a hero in my eyes. Why does Bruce do what he does? Because he can afford to. Why does Dick do it? Because his pal Bruce can afford for him to do it.

It's like everyone here forgot the oldest rule of the internet: Don't feed the troll and the troll will starve. It's no wonder at all that the thread became about him when everyone was engaging with him and ignoring all unrelated actual unpopular opinions being posted.

Just wondering now if Bruce is paying the hospital bills for the thugs he beats down.

Judging by the American health care system, I'd say it's the right thing too.
But only if they got into a correction type program.

Unpop opinion?: I like the many Batman versions. Whether he's killing people or being rich or or being an old man teaching a kid or being Michael Keaton.
I look forward to the black version of him in comics.
I personally think DC should be doing the multiple version in movies aspect. Beat Marvel to the punch.

I'll suggest giving it another watch, but fair enough. I can't answer back if you said you didn't like the characters.

Basically, all the Anti-Nolan, Anti-TDK and other Anti-"Insert movie" opinions I have seen, like voting for any director and movie against someone...

I mean, I can understand something not being a cup of tea but Batman and Robin or Snyder?

Haven't seen some unreasonable hatred against a specific director, especially when worse ones and movies exist.

I just stated my opinion on the Burton films and Nolan's being compared, and someone said something regarding the characterization of Nolan (the voice is accurate, as being described in the comics).

My opinion is as valid as any. TDKR does not have any plot hole.

About time I weighed in on the Burton guys vs Marvelites vs Nolan debate.

As most would agree, both sides are guilty of propping up, but the reason I'd put Nolan one step above the Burton guys and then Marvelites because it makes sense to be a fan of one author's vision. Meanwhile you can pick an MCU movie apart scene by scene and find nothing remarkable.

People love of Nolan (Non-existent in this board) is pretty fair and it's defensibly sincere in that it springs from a very consistent source guiding writing, directing, production and other aspects of film-making. When someone sits down to watch a Chris Nolan movie, it is at least an original project or some thorn interesting and someone can be reasonably sure of enjoying it on and appreciating the technical aspects, account of the shot composition, thematic content, and this also applies for the narrative devices and stylization unique to a director like Tim Burton.. as much as I don't like him, atleast he has some style..

What's more difficult to understand is how someone can like a film simply because their favorite superhero is in them, whatever is the Hulk or Thor or Doctor Strange and this pretty much sums up the Marvelites' allegiance to MCU. It doesn't matter who the director is, If he has some style, techniques, some kind of interesting vision, or who the writer is, in which direction the story is being taken, whether the film can stand on its own artistic merits or exists just as a cash-grab set-up for bigger projects in the future, or if it has stakes or something remarkable about it. All Marvel movies have to be awesome. After a while this kind of loyalty becomes hard to believe, and hard to bear as well, though Burton's and to a very small degree Nolan's are no saint either.

All of this also applies for the DCEU minus Snyder, since i do think people who like Snyder are in good faith.

I mean his films tend to rank highly on the end of year polls we throw, so I don’t know where you get the idea his fans are non-existent.

I simply stated that i think Nolan's take > Burton's take and haven't seen anyone defending em, or even liking the director.

There are some people who genuinely don't like his films but at least they do have some constructive criticism, unlike hate i see from the rival companies and directors. Like, i stated my detailed opinion about Batman Returns and someone commented on TDKR..
