The fact that tomorrow is the end of week 21 of working out. Think I'll switch my exercise schedule to
Sundays - jogs on the multipurpose trail
Mondays - lifting
Tuesdays - jogs on the treadmill
Wednesdays - lifting
Thursdays - off
Fridays - lifting
Then (just this time) I'll replace my usual Sunday run with a 10K run with my sister on Saturday
Once classes start and I have to (probably) work Sundays, I'm going to start doing both of my cardio sessions during the week, hopefully it doesn't slow down my progress too much. Really looking forward to that week off after week 24 of working out, will be weird not having to lift or jog for an entire week though!

I've always been a rock/metal music fan. I've been pretty closed off about music and don't venture off that much. However I have been listening to a ton of movie and tv scores as of late. It is so calming during a stressful day of work.
