Walmart Bins & Deals - Official List

My local store got the bin reset. I saw 2 bins of DVD's priced at I believe $3.74 and $5. The $7.88 blu bin was restocked also, grabbed the Kelly's Heroes/Where Eagles Dare 2 pack for myself.

With all of the people circling the bin today like vultures, you'd think my store got the reset. But no, of course not!

The trip wasn't a total loss though. I finally decided to get this DVD from the clearance section for $12.96. It's been sitting there, lonely and waiting for me for over a year, ever since strum posted his original thread about the clearance section.



No IW, unfortunately.

BTW, don't bother hunting your Walmart for the YMMV clearance section and particularly this YMMV deal - Amazon has it for the same price, and I have to assume they're PMing Walmart.com.

Just got back from my store and they emptied out the bin so I wonder if they will putting new titles in or discontinuing it for good.

I'm hoping to find Vacation in my local WM bin soon. I know the overwhelming majority hated it, but I liked it. So, for $7.88 I'm ready to purchase.

I personally feel it is worth paying extra and getting the deluxe TCM release

Only if you don't own any other release. If you already own the original release and this is a double dip than going with the standard edition will do you just fine.

The store of mine left that still has a bin has not reset yet. Probably some of the intelligent employees that think 17 is the day and not the year.

I saw Jersey Boys in the $3.74 DVD bin. Wish it would show up in the $7.88 Blu bin.

That's what I'm expecting with my store as well.

I noticed most of the newer films in the $3.74 DVD bin usually end up In the $7.88 bin. I saw The Gallows in there for a while until the BD appeared in the $7.88 bin.

So, my Wal'Mart is in the middle of a store wide reset.
Electronics looks like it is mostly done.
Is Wal*Mart getting rid of the Dump Bins?

I think Walmart gives its store managers a lot of latitude in how they run things and dump bins are probably the manager's call. Has anyone who's lost their local bins asked their manager? I'd be curious to hear what they have to say.

My locals stores still have theirs, so I can't ask.

My Walmart did a reset with the bin, but I was only able to find two of the titles I wanted. Johnny Mnemonic and The Deep. I couldn't find any of the new Warner titles, but they did put some of the older ones like Shankshaw and the Superman films. I'll just have to keep checking. Really want It, Salem's Lot, and Cat's Eye.
I had to dig pretty deep before I started pulling out copies of Scream Factory's Mad Max, so it's possible they threw in the Warner ones first and they got buried, but I couldn't sit there all day digging.

I did see a couple of copies of this in the bin

Has anyone actually seen TCM? I searched forever and couldn't find it. They did have Blade Runner, Green Room, and the Outsiders

I found several copies of Salem's Lot in mine. Wish I could find that SF Mad Max though.
