"Issue: When a disconnect happens during the second half, the user to DC gets hung with the loss no matter the score. This has been confirmed to be part of the CCM design. (It is in the main thread highlighting this issue. Apparently Looman admitted it was by design.)

How this affects W-L and XP: From what I gather, XP and stats stick if the game is quit regularly. The score is thrown out (not 100 percent sure how it works) and the team tha DC's gets the L.

Workaround: There is a simple solution to not having the game register. The person who is still in the game needs to NOT quit the game within CCM. That person needs to either quit the game of Madden by pressing the PS button OR by turning off the PS3.

How to handle disconnects in the 2nd half:

*User winning disconnects: the person left in the game WILL follow the workaround techniques.

*User losing disconnects and the game is over to the point where only a miraculous comeback would win it: the user winning and still in the game quits the game regularly and the game counts.

*User winning/losing disconnects and it is a tight game: both users communicate over AIM or PSN and come to an agreement. It is key to stay within the game while you communicate. Clearly this area is up for debate. There are endless hypotheticals that can be thrown around. All users are asked to be reasonable and fair.

*Repeated disconnections: this needs to be monitored and kept track off. I think each subforum needs to have a log of disconnects by each user and the score/quarter of the disconnect. A clear pattern of disconnects while losing and/or consistent disconnection issues will be addressed by league admins."

We welcome the competition. It would be a big help if you could get ppl to be more active on this site, since most of the info is posted here.

LOL I'm the only one of my friends who are really tech Savvy. Everyone comes to me for internet assistance LOL.

Me and my friends hold bi-yearly Madden tournament at different locations amongst ourselves and they always wondered why i seem to eb a step ahead of them.

So i told them i play in an online league and thats why i stay sharp. so some are interested in beating me since im like a Madden king around these parts, so they want to play now as well.

LOL and to your answer cruz the answer is No. LOL i would get money in real life and then i will send you the money via my paypal.

Well if they are serious, and committed to play 1 game a week, check their PM's and check the thread daily. Then yeah let them sign up.

They do however need to a PayPal account. It takes about 7 business days to verify their bank account as I'm about to change the rules about incoming PayPal donations.

He did better than you did!

Only reason Turner is King in his neighborhood is because I made him better in Madden 2010. He couldn't handle MJD up the middle so he had to tighten up his defense and learn how to be more consistent on offense.

Yeah we had close games before he started getting better and better. I'm kind of getting use to the new Madden, though. I have a list of people from this Forum that I plan on seeking revenge on.
