I was up when the sale happened and passed on all these, since I don't have 4k yet and at some point, they'll be $5-10 like current blu-rays or high quality streaming will take over

Hence my hope to be able to recruit som help for an instore before they are gone for a while HOPEFULLY before the issues are settled and they can re-release the title. I've tried in the past to get them to ship items directly from teh store, but never had any luck with that. I'm not sure is BM inventory online is real time, but there 3 stores with the std last night and 10 steelbooks. The std are now gone and only the SB remain.

I find a lot of the MOD items from Allied Vaughn go to In-store only after their early preorder allotment are sold and then take a week or two to come back in stock. Emmet Otter got a lot of extra preorders since for a long time they were the only store with it listed for sale and the only one that had in for less than MSRP

A lot of teh other retailers have a hard time figuring out what to do with the MOD items which arrive and are re-stocked so differently than their usual items.
The online inventory is all real time (or within a few minutes anyway). And the reason certain items like Django and the MOD Allied Vaughn flip to 'in store only' is to prevent overselling online. This has become especially challenging recently with the delays in disc production with many of the smaller titles arriving AFTER street date and a lot of uncertainty in the MOD delivery times. But we do our best.

Also - a few people have pointed out the similarities between us and Zia. Short answer: we use the same web platform.

Just looking around me at the mountain of $15 to $250 "must have" Blu-ray movies and "great deal" box sets in pristine unwatched condition.

What's the consensus on the quality of used blu-rays from BM? Are they FYE/Second Spin degrees of beat up, don't ever expect a digital code, slips, etc...? I'm interested in buying from another contender in case there are really good prices on items in good condition.

Whenever I've sold to them they've had pretty high standards. They look to make sure every disc is there and check for scratches. The cases also have to be in good condition, they won't accept any visibly damaged cases or artwork. I've had a couple DVDs be rejected for that reason, one my dog chewed the corner slightly and another the cover artwork got wet so it had that visibly crunchy look.

As for digital codes and slipcovers, that's a gamble as it would be with any online order for used items. I doubt they're checking the validity of any digital codes left in the box. Slipcovers are up in the air too, since their inventory could ship from any of the locations with used stock and they're not a requirement to be sold back to them. Although, if it's a special edition item, they do require the original box. I recently tried selling back season 1 of the Strain that came with the vampire head bust, I didn't have the original box so they wouldn't accept it, probably cause the figure doesn't have the UPC on it anywhere and couldn't be accepted into their system manually.

Bottom line, if digital codes and slipcovers are important, buy new (which also isn't guaranteed to get a slipcover either unless in person).

Every used item I've purchased has been like new; slips and digital codes aren't guaranteed, though. A few times I've even received brand new product. Buy with confidence!

This is all good news! Thanks! They definitely sound way better than Second Spin/FYE.

I'll add that compared to Second Spin/FYE, BullMoose labels are easy to remove. There's usually a label for the price and a spine "Pre-owned" label with as much glue as a Post-It note.

Suspiria (2018) preorder is set at $14.97. Not sure if Best Buy or Walmart will ever get that low at launch (at $18.99 last time I checked).

Unlike Zia, you actually have sales. I have a few around me and its very hit or miss for any type of deals. I compare Zia's pricing to Gamestop's pricing.

The only good one I found was “DF2D6C”. This is for $40 off any order. But I can’t find anywhere on the site to enter a promo code.

I found where you found that. And it’s a bunch of hooey, the site and the coupons, some are just laughable. They don’t offer promo codes. That’s why you can’t find a place to put one.
