Blair Witch (2016), while not a great movie, is underrated. The performances are good, and it's intense. The final act is very effective.

Whenever I see the guy from Arrow, I can't help but think he looks like the guy from Krull.

And whenever I see these three, I am never sure exactly which one I am looking at unless I look it up.

Well, it's slightly better than the first. I know that's not saying much, but at least there's that.

I've seen two of her films: American Hustle, which I like, and mother!, which is a masterpiece and my favorite film of 2017.

I'll take your word for it. I didn't like the original and have no interest in watching any further Deadpool movies.

It’s sure does. Jennifer Lawrence is extremely mediocre and hasn’t been in that many good movies. at all. It’s just one uninspiring let down after another. I don’t even find her that attractive. Totally meh. And, her communist politics and big mouth just add to the dislike. Barf.

You can add The Rock to the list of "how the hell did these people get so popular" list too. I have to give him credit for making huge bank whilst having ZERO acting talent whatsoever. And, he’s made....umm.... NO good movies ever. And don’t gimme the standard "action films are just dumb and fun so who cares" line either. There are plenty of great action films with good plots, acting and everything else. As suspect as Arnold Schwarzeneggers acting was, the dude has been in several highly regarded or downright classic films. So don’t compare him to the Rock as some people like to do. Total fail.

I've just accepted that mainstream taste in films and music will always be trash because most people don't know any better because typically they're passionless plebs that don't seek out anything other than what they're spoonfed.

I've seen a number of her films and the only one I thought is decent was Winter's Bone.

I haven't seen many of her films. Of the ones I've seen, I thought Winter's Bone was the best.

We should probably just change the title of this thread to the “Hate on Jennifer Lawrence Thread”. Then we would all know to ignore the thread in its entirety.

It will probably get back to hating on Christopher Nolan soon so we won't need to change the thread title.
