In Braveheart, after the first battle, in the background, there are some extras ... kind of just goofing off, not knowing they were on camera. They don't any real weapons. Looks like some 3 ft piece of wood

There's a big difference between a largely sarcastic expression of differing opinion, and thinking one has the prerogative to "correct" the "wrong" opinions of others. I don't expect you to understand... otherwise, you wouldn't be the problem that you are.

That actually would have been pretty cool if he did get Spielberg to direct one of his Star Wars movies. He got pretty good results when he let Kirschner and Marquand direct them. While I don't think Spielberg lives up to his legend, I certainly think he's up to the level of those guys. The prequel trilogy would probably be the most beloved film enterprise of all time if the two of them had teamed up on it.

Nah - I agree. A cardboard performance... but with good reason. They needed a good sex scene. I'd be happy to Direct the super-duper director's cut version...

Haha, that's one of my favorite parts of the movie, watch it in slomo to get an even more hilarious look at the guys in the way back, some of them look like they're laughing and being buddy buddy.
Still one of the greatest films ever IMO

I'm with ya, Steve. My favorite movie ever, and Frodo and Sam drive me batty... they just suck: bad acting, totally out of what the author intended, and just way too ghey for me. I actually liked Elijah Wood as an actor before I saw him totally fumble that one. Now, whenever I see him, I see all the holes in his work.

His best work was Sin City.. but there really wasn't any acting involved, maybe that's why it's his best! Nothing for him to ruin!!

Kill Bill: Volume 2 - Not enough fight in the 'fight to the death' with
[Show spoiler]Bill. Bill should have TOTALLY toyed with her, giving B the chance to show how she'd grown beyond HIS skills...
not what actually happened.

He was good as a child-actor; but then, we cut a lot of slack to child-actors... it's just "cute" to see them get their lines right.

Cool

I hate that every movie I see never compares to the perfection that is Pulp Fiction. I hate that going into every movie knowing I've already seen the best movie that will ever be made!

I don't hate a single thing about Pheobe In Wonderland. When I first saw it I thought maybe it'd be better if they did this or that... but it grew on me and now I wouldn't change anything.

No movie that features acting by Quentin Tarantino can ever be called "perfect".

George did let Spielberg direct the lightsaber battle between Obi-wan and Anakin. That was quite good for the time.

I hate that all the SW films were not as good as TESB. I remember waiting 3 years to find out if what Darth Vader said to Luke was true! That is tough for a 10-12 year-old...kids today can find out by popping in a disc

They don't know how good they got it
