At the very least,... This glitch is giving people a reason to watch this movie.

Did anyone else not give their UPC? I was just asked for my name and address and I was told I'd receive it with a week or two. They didn't ask for a UPC. I'm assuming that the phone number must be so unknown that they trust that those know it have the movie on blu-ray.

I read about this on this thread last night, called this afternoon... gave my information and he did ask for the UPC code.

I'm in Canada, he said it should arrive in 5-10 business days.

If TL buys the matrix collection, will TL get this problem? TL doesn't want to call the number for a replacement disk.

Don't worry about it. No one watches Revolutions anyway. (Unless it's to look for the glitch or verify that it's been fixed.)

Got my Terminator 3 replacement order in today as well. I have the original release and only have a 720p tv but when I upgrade it will be nice to have the 1080 p version

They asked for my proof of purchase number. I verified the UPC number as well.

2 weeks estimate for me.

I didn't give my UPC. I'm actually at work right now as I write this, and just finished my phone call with them. I was actually worried that I'd have to give my UPC, but I guess I got lucky, and all she asked for was my name, address, and phone number.

Just shot off an email to WB Australia to see if they are replacing discs. They should as we have the US release here and the disc has the same error.

Hopefully will hear back with good news in the next couple of days.

For those who got the replacement...

Was it just shipped in a paper sleeve or did they put it in some type of protective case or so?

If I remember, my Superman replacement DVD's were shipped in a standard DVD envelope with the disc itself in a sleeve inside the envelope.

The disc came in a sleeve but they taped it to 2 thin pieces or cardboard then put in the envelope.

That's good to hear. I wonder what I'm going to do with my old blu-ray of revolutions? I could try out my new 12 gauge I guess

Delighted to hear this problem has finally been addressed and corrected. I held off buying the set until it was resolved.

So my question is: how long before corrected sets make their way to Amazon?

Not sure on that one. But you should just buy the set then call for the replacement. It doesn't take long to arrive.

I got the boxset last year for my birthday and I haven't opened it yet. I'm waiting for a day by myself to watch them all back to back. Anyway... do they want the UPC on the boxset or is there a UPC on the individual case as well?
