I've always wondered why there was never a Twister sequel, I mean if they can make 15 Saws and 7 Shreks, why not 2 Twisters?

I love that movie so much. Would love to see that character again.
Great choice on Out of Sight, what a fantastic movie!

I think it would be cool to see a sequel to Fifth Element. Definitely not if it was done poorly and basterdized the franchise though. It'd have to bring back the main players and give Corbin lots of new things to shoot up... Plus have more Milla!
How much more Milla to you want? Didn't we see nearly everything last time?

The Thing.

But only if they use the same equipment to film it, and Kurt Ruseel has to be in it. Don't tell me they can't make him look the same. With all these late 20's actors/actresses playing teenagers it should be no problem.

Two movies immediately come to mind, and both have already been mentioned: Master and Commander, and Serenity.

While I thought Master and Commander was very good, I did not love the movie. However, with as many books following those characters as there are, I think that they can make more quality movies based on the books. A bit surprising that there hasn't been serious talk of making anymore, despite it being nominated for Best Picture.

Serenity is an excellent choice because there is so much more that can happen with the case of characters, specially River. It was a greatly underappreciated tv show, completely ruined by fox airing the episodes out of order (honestly, can you imagine Lost airing its fifth episode before its first???), and the movie was quality also. Completely original with a great cast of characters and intelligent writing.

As for Taken, there are currently talks revolving around a prequel, showing Liam Neeson's character on previous missions with his buddies.

Thumbs up

Jason X, Dog Soldiers, Freddy vs. Jason

I agree with a Serenity sequel, but a couple of my favorite charactors got killed off in the first. I just wouldn't be the same...
