Default Pick a movie

I know there have been threads about this before, but I need your advice..

I've been slowing down on the movies purchases this month, but I have a little extra cash to spend on one more movie...

If you had to choose one of the six, which would it be? I love horror movies and comedies so its hard to decide.. I'm buying from axelmusic.com since its the cheapest way to import to Europe, and it is duty-free!

They cost:
Clerks II $22
Dead and Buried $25
Friday the 13th (2009) $29
Glory $22
My Bloody Valentine $28
Friday the 13th (old) $22

Btw haven't seen any of them

I'd go with one of the Friday the 13th movies as well. Though be aware the remake definitely isn't for everyone. Though I liked it and will be picking it up a.s.a.p.

It all depends.

If you want substance you can't go wrong with Glory. Simply put, it is one of the greatest movies ever made.

If you want fun, check your brain at the door, kind of movie filled with tons of gratuitous violence and nudity go with the F13 remake. Both are good picks for very different reasons.

I'd get these. Two great early 80's horror titles.

I agree with this^^^. Whatever you do, avoid My Bloody Valentine. The acting would be comical if it weren't so pathetic.

If you like horror, go with Friday the 13th.
If you like comedy, Clerks II is funny.
Personally, I'd go with Glory out of all of those because it's a great movie.

if you want a really good serious movie with great performances and smooth direction then get Clerks II. Clerks II is a gut wrenching movie about love, loss, unfulfilled potential and redemption. It contains beautiful dialogue and very emotional scenes.

if you want a raunchy comedy that gets better each time you watch it then get Glory. the title Glory stands for "Glory hole".
"Glory holes" were used during the american civil war so soldiers who were away from home for months on end could get some uh, relief other than from their own calloused hands.
In those days you never knew what was on the other side of the hole, could have been a fellow soldier, a slave, or a random farm animal. Interesting movie

Friday the 13th (2009) JUST DO IT! It is a good watch. Whether it holds a flame to the old one is controversial.
