Default Chase- premieres September 20th On NBC

Trailer

Quote:
Chase revolves around Annie Frost (Kelli Giddish), a U.S. Marshal deputy, and her high-priority fugitive-apprehension team that trace down dangerous criminals in South Texas. The show is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.
I liked Kelli Giddish's prior tv attempt, Past Life, although no one else did. I'm definitely in for this one.

There are two reasons I will try to check this out, number one: Cole Hauser, nuff said. Number two: The recent promos with Kelli's face split and merged with Robert LaSardo, who is a major bad ass, and a personal favorite of mine. For those reasons alone I will check this out. However it is in the exact same time slot as Castle, and the new hot property Hawaii-Five O so I expect a very quick cancellation of this show too.

Yah know... I think Hawaii 5-0 will suck, quality and ratings wise. I just have this feeling.

I won't be watching it, but it's been getting rave reviews, and is a perfect fit for the CBS lineup. No way it fails. Chase on the other hand, I didn't really hear anything about it, and no way it beats Castle.

It's on NBC. Of course it won't.

However, I see it becoming the next CSI if given time to grow. Almost canceled in season 1, and explodes after season 2 with a superbowl episode.

This is one of the few shows I can't see NBC canceling. It's a procedural, from Jerry Bruckheimer with a reasonable budget. Unless it flops REALLY hard, it's coming back.

I don't know, watching all the promo's and previews it doesn't really have anything new going for it. You've got a lead who's last show was canceled after 2 episodes, and a paint by numbers cop show by the look of it, on NBC. they already have many paint by numbers cop shows with a huge brand name on it in L&O. Not saying I won't check this out because I will for the reasons I mentioned in a previous post, but this just screams very quick cancellation to me. I feel confident enough to say I guarantee Castle and Hawaii destroy this in he ratings, and news sites will tout this as one of the first canceled of the new season after probably episode 4. If Life can't make it, I have zero faith this will either. I will most likely catch the Saturday night repeats of this cause I will definitely be recording Castle, and Hawaii does just look better to me, so this takes last place Mondays at 10.

Looks good from the trailer, has a solid cast, and a tough good looking woman is always a plus. I'll check it out. Looks like NBC could possibly have a loaded Monday with Chuck, The Event, and Chase. Might as well stay with NBC for the last hour since I'll already be watching Chuck and The Event.
