Best Buy exclusives are very cheap made... atleast, that's how I experience these steelbooks. I received 3 of them from a member (thanks again jw, received them in good condition), but they didn't feel like other steelbooks (European ones), while they are ''made in Denmark''.

They should be 10 dollars, they are (unfortunately) not very special. Especially because they have no inside artwork...

Yep, got mine as well, along with Sucker Punch Extended Cut that they sent me. They sent the whole thing, also, and not just the disc!

I guess I just don't see such a big deal about inside artwork. Sure it's nice to have but honestly you spend 95 percent of the time looking at the outside. 10 bucks with no inside artwork vs 40 with it, I'm going for the 10

Yeah - also, you can do some amazing inside artwork yourself, which I have no problem doing.

These that were $9.99 did seem very much cheaply made as for the wrath of the titans I must say does feel different.

My local best buy is still selling these steels for $14.99

My BB was able to restock a good 9 of the 20 steels. They had plenty of Gran Torinos. Everything else was either a copy or 2

May I ask where do you go to contact them and what did you tell them? Do they just send you a Sucker Punch extended for no charge? Do you just tell them that you were displeased by the extended cut not being included? I would like to do this as well.

Keep in mind I contacted them when the steels were first released and the number of people who were able to get Sucker Punch wasn't very high.

I just told them that some people were getting the Extended and some got the Theatrical, like myself, and that most people, including myself, would prefer the Extended. Then, yesterday, I got my Inception bonus disc, along with a sealed copy of the Extended cut version of SP, excluding the slip.

Thanks dude.

It doesn't hurt to try so I'll give it a shot. It would be nice if they sent it so I can get rid of my other copy. This was a double dip for me. I already own the extended but would like to sell my other copy in its entirety without removing the extended disc for myself.

Well, it looks like they are giving me the shaft. I got an email from a customer rep saying that I should have known it was the theatrical version and I told her some people got the extended which isn't fair to the rest of us. She said they knew of the error and they are no longer sending out extended versions because that wasn't advertised. She told me if I wanted the extended, I should buy a copy on their store. Complete BS. I told her I already own a copy of the extended but it was expected with the steel. I don't want to take that copy out of it's bluray case and insert it into the steel. I want a new copy of the extended so I can sell my other bluray in its entirety. Oh well, guess I'll just swap disc between my normal bluray and steelbook. Guess I'll have to give the other one away since I have no need for the theatrical version.

Yeah, at least you tried. Like I said, only a number of people were given the OK to get the Extended Cut. I just got lucky, I suppose.

I sent her an email telling her that is unfair of WB to give some the extended and not others who request it. I told her that is bad service or favoritism and shouldn't be the type of service a company like WB dishes out.

Also it's complete false advertisement. The package clearly states on the back of the steelbooks, Extended Cut and Bonus Disc. So they should correct their mistake.

The back of my Sucker Punch steel didn't say that but I told her that it had no indications as to whether it was the theatrical or the extended. I scanned the back of mine as I like to archive my blurays using a program called Movie Collector Pro that shows the front and back artwork of every movie in your collection. You can add details like story, characters, actors, and certain editions.

Here's the back of mine:

No indication of theatrical or extended.

Hope these go back down to $9.99 again. Now that I own "Wrath of the Titans," I'd like "Clash of the Titans" to go along with it.

I'd argue the fact that it says the rating is PG-13 and it lists the runtime of the theatrical version, is proof that only the theatrical version was supposed to be included, and that people have no right to complain.
