I just bought part 1 & 2 from best buy's upgrade and save lol... I'm hoping for a complete set in better packaging than the nightmare series

this is the best blu ray news ive had in months. im super hyped for these. part 4 is one of my favorite horror movies of all time. i will be happy with them releasing these individually but i really want a complete box set. even my least favorite movies in the series are watchable but 1-7 is pure gold in my eyes.

If they release a box set, it'd probably just be since the first ten, since they've already released a boxset of FvJ and the remakes of F13 and ANoES.

It hasn't even been announced by Warner Bros. yet, but I can't see them waiting until 2014. September 2013 would be my guess.

There's a new doc coming soon as well. Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th. same people who did never sleep again..

The new documentary, Daniel Farrands is doing that as well. It will also be released on Blu-ray. Maybe Warner will release the franchise then!

True. Maybe Warner will see about acquiring/releasing the documentary. Daniel says this is the most extensive, in-depth documentary there will be.

Same here with only the new on Blu. I have the deluxes of the others with their lenticular slips and all. But I want them on Blu but haven't bought any since they only released 3 of them. I want a box set with all but FvJ and the remake.

Besides the artwork, I like the packaging. Sure did free up some space on my shelf.
