Soxbro - Yes, I can confirm that the USA release plays fine on my Region B machine.

There is something weird with how they are releasing these. Season 2 is up for preorder in the States but here in Canada, Amazon.ca still shows it as an import and no mention of season 2. Plus I haven't really found it in any stores in Canada and sites like Best Buy and Future Shop don't have it for sale. And it took forever to get it released in the UK. Pretty odd for a show filmed in Canada with Canadian actors and noticable set in Canada.

There's a non-import Canadian edition of the DVD since April 1st. No idea why there isn't a local blu-ray release, but my guess for the delay for the DVD is the show probably had a longer broadcasting deal for Canada.

Did Season 1 ever come with a SlipCover?
Season 2 does and they look odd next to each other on my shelf.

Yes; it's the same artwork as the case, shiny all around with the inner pictures foiled.

Yeah. My local Best Buy even still has a few copies with the slipcover.

Pretty sure they would never let you just take a cover. Also pretty sure no one would ask for you.

I'll think about it. When I sold my Star Trek slips it was a big pain in the rear. Why not just remove the season two slip, then they'll match!
