Okay, now I'm done. I had the BBY steelbook in my hands but decided it wasn't worth it.

I picked up all of these over the last few weeks but haven't posted them yet:

I haven't really liked ANY of the Matrix steelbooks except this one so I finally decided to bite on it:

I only wanted the first trilogy because this steelbook art is classic:

A new friend at HDN grabbed me this one too . Man, I wish they had a white edition for a steelbook. The amaray artwork is amazing to me.

Finally found the time to take pics of my double dips.

Luckily there is only one movie I bought more than twice, unlike a lot of you guys here However, I was shockingly surprised to see on how many films I actually wasted money to buy them twice. Definitely more than I thought

Do you guys still count it as a multi dip if you eventually sell off the discs? I've been doing this often to offset the cost as I am just after the packaging, I've actually broken even or make it just a dollar or two short in some cases.

Ex. Man of Steel tin for $25, sold the UV and BD and DVD for $20. So it's like spending $5 and gas (and sleep time at 2am) for the tin, 3D disc, and special features BD.

Here are a few of mine:

I like the fact that they all have almost completely different covers aside from Se7en. Well Goodfellas is pretty similar as is I am Legend. Still, these are all distinctive enough to be worth repurchasing.

Sure. you bought it to start...I guess. Most of the time I think collectors want to keep the collection "in-tack" because it was originally sold as a movie WITH a case but I have swapped a few out now and again.

Add your pics - the more the merrier

Thanks.

It's meager though compared to some here, for sure.

First time I ever triple dipped on release day...but I had to.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to take these pics without getting some sort of glare from the flash on the lenticular covers so I had to cover the flash with my finger (sorry for the color shading).

(Walmart exclusive steelbook with lenticular, Walmart Collectors Edition, Target digibook with lenticular cover {alternating pic of Zod and Superman} )
