I purchased Jericho and The 4400 from Amazon.de here recently and both releases (Koch Media) were Region B locked. No telling what this NCIS release will be. Appears that it's being released directly from Paramount (Universal Pictures) though. Perhaps it won't be Region B locked. Hope it's not. Either way, it will be mine!

Yes, this release has a high chance of being region free, since it's coming directly from Paramount (via Universal).

The three Teen Wolf-Season from Capelight in Germany are Region Free even though the packing says differently btw.

That's good to know, however, what makes the difference here is that the NCIS release is coming directly from the studio, not as a licensed release via a local German distributor like Capelight or Koch Media. Of course, it's still possible that it will be locked if CBS/Paramount wants it to be, but that would be very odd, as the overwhelming majority of Paramount releases, and all (or virtually all) of those that are CBS releases, are not region locked.

I'm getting a head start this morning cataloging Seasons 1-5 for DVD Profiler and My Movies. Grabbed the below image from Amazon.de which I'll be using within My Movies for WMC7. Just finished removing the background from around the boxset that way I can place the image against any background that I like. Thought I'd post the image for anyone else that might find it useful. Enjoy!
