Rarewavez are a decent seller. Ordered from 10 times in the last month. One item didn't arrived. Messaged them about it and they offered a full refund. No questions. Better than ImportCD.

Thats probably the best Phantasm edition one can get unless you like horror films to be bright and without film grain like the Well-Go has but I am holding out for the Arrow Phantasm box set to come down in price.

I have bought two BDs from Rarewavez at around $5 each with free shipping but while ImportCD has free shipping as well its prices are a joke.

The free shipping takes several weeks though.

Oh god I shouldn't have opened my big mouth. My Seiki from nearly 10 years ago is still going strong (it's outlasted three Region A players) so I have no idea what's out there these days.

Sooner rather than later I'll probably find out, unfortunately.

My seiki seems to be sadly winding down. No longer reads DVDs and needs to be powered off and on when switching BDs otherwise gives an unknown disc error.

It's the same thing for me. I can't read DVDs anymore and I also get the unknown disc error often. Most of the time it works if I just eject the disc and insert it again. But some discs just won't work at all.

I retired my Seiki years ago but I moved on to a Pioneer 3D region free and have never looked back. It's a workhorse and quieter than the Seiki.
