Okay, well I hope so. It would be EXTREMELY strange for a film of this magnitude to not have one.

Oh man are you serious? I thought the 4K releases were generally excellent? I will only pick them up for cheap in the whole set though because I am not even sure I like the films honestly. It's been a long time. But I was not aware there was any major DNR. do the encoding errors stick out?

It can't be that bad though. Nobody is fist fighting over there atm.

Since this is Universal. I can see it getting down low in price. I’m gonna get the 4K and put it in the Criterion packaging.

Aside from that, an average Universal release trounces Criterion releases.
Except physical media will still play when the internet is down. Physical media provides stuff that can't be found when watching on Vudu or or Movies Anywhere. Physical media still has plenty of uses. Do you think all the features included in this 4K release are going to be on Vudu? Nope. I'll watch movies digitally for convenience when I'm away from home, but I prefer watching the a Blu-ray or 4K physical disc, as the video quality won't be affected by connection speed.

And the Criterion releases of Traffic and The Breakfast Club trounce the Universal releases.

Don't know how I feel about that. It reminds me of that awful Home Alone 4K steelbook, but not as bad.

Dang. I was going to just stick with the Criterion release and I'd also sworn off steelbooks, but I've got to have that.

Does anyone know how "limited" Target steelbooks usually are? Something that will likely sell out with pre orders or something will likely still be available in stores on the release date? I'm trying to avoid that shipping fee. lol

So is this another British release Zavvi are going to hold to ransom in a steelbook exclusive? Absolute insert 5 letter word beginning with a C if that's the case.

I won't buy it, I won't support this practice, especially from Zavvi!

Coming to America is a case of scouring eBay for copies, or importing from the US for less

I've been waiting for weeks for the regular 4k edition pre order to go live somewhere too but it looks like I won't be buying this either!
Cheers Zavvi!!
