They could always poke their toe in the water and release Ghoul School. Think scrappy is at his most bearable there and I always liked it.

Scrappy fear is entirely warranted. I prefer to refer to it as Scrappy revulsion, but that's just me. I look forward to the "Leatherface, Ash Williams, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Alien, Predator, Chucky, Tiffany, Jason Voorhees, Jigsaw and the Killer Klowns from Outer Space decimate Scrappy for once and for all!" massacre mashup movie.

Scrappy Doo is only an issue in his first series, he mellowed out a lot after that.

Or at least The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo with Vincent VanGhoul

I was suggesting stuff that hasn't been released officially on DVD/Blu-Ray yet.

Is that the version that features Bill Dana as the White Knight? That's all I remember from seeing the commercials for one animated version.

But if Dana used his "José Jimenez" voice for the Knight, that version won't be getting released at all.

New The Extras Podcast discussing Hey There, it's Yogi Bear!

Feltenstein discusses the origins of Hanna-Barbera, the reinstatement of the Colombia logo for the blu-ray, and more. A very insightful episode for HB fans!

The Man Called Flintstone may not get a proper Blu-ray soon, but if/when it does, Torch Lady Wilma will be restored.

I am still amazed there was no Smurfs BD release to cash in on 3D...things. i have the two AU DVD boxsets and they look surprisingly good. Nice grain etc. Seem to be progressive PAL encodes, too.

Some episodes look a bit rough (The Smurfette for instance, obviously not from a film source), but most look solid. I would love a nice HD scan of the film elements on BD with no DNR. I would prefer the AU/UK format.

Quite a cast - Sammy Davis Jr. (Cheshire Cat), Zsa Zsa Gabor (Queen of Hearts) etc. and some nice design. Here's the best part: Sammy as the Cheshire Cat sings What's a Nice Girl Like You Doing in a Place Like This? (Sung on the H/B record by Scatman Crothers instead).

What's A Nice Kid Like You Doing In A Place Like This? - Sammy Davis Jr. - YouTube
That song has stuck with me for so so long. Always that same part "What's a nice kid like youuu, doing in a place like this?" Brilliant 😂
