This is why I don't like dealing with Walmart pre ordering or even buying anything from them online, they keep charging the same thing over and over until it ships!

yes,
BestBuy does not do this when paid through Paypal. Amazon charges only once when the product ships. MovieZing does not do this. DiabolikDVD.com does not do this. GrindhouseVideo.com does not do this. cinemaclassics.com does not do this. atomicmoviestore.com does not do this. klstudioclassics.com does not do this. Ebay does not do this. Vinegar Syndrome does not do this. ![]() ![]() |

Still no movement on my pre-order of this as well as Borderlands. Both were posted with bogus random release dates when they posted on Walmarts website. My copies of Deadpool have now shipped which when posted had the "real" Street dates when posted.

I'll probably just go to the store tomorrow and grab this and cancel my preorder. Though I wonder when I'll get a random charge on my card for it again?
![]() Also do walmarts usually have their movies stocked as soon as the store opens? Prefer to just go in when they open tomorrow |

Some do, some don't. Kinda have to figure out the store and electronic associate's schedule. At our store, the associate sets modular/stocks right as store opens. Not the same everywhere.

As for Best Buy with paypal, every merchant i use paypal for takes my money at time of sale, not fulfillment rendering pre auth's unnecessary. |

No retailer should do auth charges after cancelling an item. Also doing a preauth charge for the amount of a full order and not just the item that about to ship is also a bad look. No other retailer does this They can't even update their release dates for products. I was hopeful when walmart took over the exclusive steelbooks from best buy but its becoming worse as time goes by. I'd rather they stop 'exclusive' steelbooks all together or, and I'll probably regret saying this, let Amazon do all the exclusives. |

Yeah. There’s a space for these. No DPW, though. Just the reg 4k/DVD and gatefold exclusives.

I also had a pre-order with a off date never change but arrive in the package with another steelbook that was released on the same day and had the correct date in the pre-order even though i pre-ordered the two things on different dates(this happens all the time with Amazon). I want to see if that happens again since my Deadpool & Wolverine steelbook has now shipped.Arrives by Wed, Oct 23 Just shipped On the way. Worst comes to worst,as long as my gift card is credited back if it doesn't show later this week or is canceled,I'll have to get the non steelbook release. But I really do dislike Walmart.com and keep being proven right, in my case anyway, about losing Best Buy for physical media. |
