He's the only one who done really good tonight so far.

I do think the judges are sending mixed signals as far as telling them that they need to make the songs their own but then rip on them when they do.

Like last week, Todrick destroyed that Kelly Clarkson song but tonight he did "what's Love Got To Do With It" and it was recognizable but the judges crucified him for the arraingment.

....I still didn't like it though!

Mike and Lee were the only ones I liked tonight. I liked Casey last week but I thought he sucked this week. Andrew disappointed again imo.

Mike and Lee were very good. They are easily the top 2 guys.

Them and Katy are my top 3. The rest aren't even close (Casey and Andrew are the only other two I even like, but they weren't very good this week or last week either in Andrew's case).

Haha boy do u hate Todrick. I cant lie, dude is very entertaining and I liked both of his performances whether he changed the songs or not. I look at the performance and the singing and he should still advance next week. However Lee is easily the best guy and he is the person to beat in this competition. Big Mike did great also but Lee is ready. He reminds me of a young Springsteen. Man was half the show in standard definition for yall? That sucked. Got Em!!

I thought it was "eh" at best. But it wasn't terrible.

Time to listen to the real song to redeem it...

Katie was the best last week imo, but this week "eeh".


This season continues to disappoint.



Me thinks it'll come down to Big Mike and Lee in the end with Lee winning.

Welcome anotha girl to the list of favorites! I already thought and been sayin Crystal, Lilly, & Paige are the best but wow I will now add Siobhan to that list! The performance was great but that note at the end................WOW!! Man I thought only Aretha Franklin could hit that note! The rest of the girls dont have a shot. If a girl wins it will be one of these four! Got Em!!

Yo u have to admit Meek that Jermaine was a bigger diba then Todrick. Todrick did that one thing during group week but Jermaine was always mouthing off about sumthin. He seems like a good dude and all but he was on str8 diva status. I think the right 4 went home tonight to.

Boy it was sad about Haley goin home. U could easily tell she was the most liked as everyone was crying when she sung and then how they crowded the stage after. I was even lightweight sad. Oh well she is only 16 and I think with more experience she will be great. Lee & Crystal are the favorites from each side and I think one of them wins it all. Got Em!!

But never, ever has it been boring. Until now.

"Normally, they don't have this many terrible people," said Dave Della Terza, creator of the Web site Vote for the Worst. "It's not interesting when they are all bad or they are all good. You need a good mix, and they don't seem to have that this season."

Sure, some seasons start out slowly but then pick up steam. A few start out like gangbusters and then seem to fizzle toward the end.

But season nine just appears to be a disjointed hodgepodge of confusing, inconsistent judging, mediocre talent and presumed front-runners who are breaking down in front of us.
