I heard about that! Insane, right? I guess they're making the argument that Toronto is the "NYC" of Canada. Personally, I think that's ludicrous.

Conklin's performance was dissappointing though. He let in 3 goals on only 21 shots?

st. louis wasnt undefeated, they lost their second game of the season to the isles, 5-2, it was the day after the season opener and they gave legace the night off, mason had a terrible first period that kinda put the game out of reach, so it was manny's first loss of the season

AND I CANT BELIEVE BACKES STICK BLADE BROKE THAT TURNED THE PUCK OVER FOR THE GAME WINNING GOAL!!!!

It was like the hockey gods just didnt have it in the cards for the blues to pull out a come from behind win on the defending champs

oh yeah, and at least three missed calls against detroit towards the end of the third...

i could understand the talks about the team in Hamilton... where the Predators were almost headed...

What the hell is Osgood's deal!

We are either losing games by 1 goal or letting teams catch up when he is in net. I don't know his GAA, but I bet it is crap. The Wings probably wouldn't be 7-1-2 this year if they didn't score 5 goals a game. It seems like everygame our defense hols the other team to 20-something shots and he lets in 4-5 goals. I pray he is not back to the old Ozzie.

That was a great win for the Ducks. Might as well put Conklin in, Osgood is just not as good as a lot of people think he is. He showed how good he really is at the All-Star game last year. Terrible!! He just plays behind a great team.

Definitely agree on this. Howard is good and needs to play.

Glad my HABS won , even though Minnesota had 10 powerplays

wow, anyone see that last bruins game against dallas?? wow what a game, bruins won 5-1 but the 2 teams combined for like 148 minutes in penalties.

lots of fights and many infractions, couple of players got tossed as well.

Good job by my habs. Losing 4-1 after the second and score 4 goals in the 3rd period. Good stuff

Can't believe I have to wait till Friday for the next game.

Not funny. I was absolutely screaming at the TV that our players were basically standing around on three 5 on 3's.

Going to the Blackhawks tonight. Were playing the Av's. Should be a good game. Khabibulin is in net. Thats good. Toews is going to get his first and second goals of the season tonight!!! Go Johnny Go!!!

Just got home from the Chicago/Colorado game. What a great game it was! 6-2 Backhawks. I thought I was going to see my first hat trick in person, And we almost had two. Patrick Sharp and Andrew Ladd had to goals each. I believe they each had an assist to. It was a lot of fun to be at. Looking forward to Sunday when we have Calgary in Chicago. I'll be there to, followed by Wednesday when Boston comes to town. Looking forward to that night. It wlll be my first time seeing Boston. It's an origial 6 match up, and were retiring a number that night. Will be a fun night no matter what the outcome. Go Hawks!!!

So we are now 1/4 of the season, so where will Sundin be ending up ? Or will he just stay a Leaf? Id personnaly see him with One of his Swedish friends perharps go to Ottawa for Alfredsson or The Rangers with Naslund.

If Sundin comes back , I don't see him going anywhere that doesn't have a full shot at winning the cup. Ottawa doesn't fit into those plans. Rangers would be a good fit , Wings are obvious , I doubt the HABS would still want him. Rumors lately are saying Vancouver and Anaheim.
