GDC 2008: Sketch 'n' Scan Hands-on

Hopefully they make a fun minigame collection out of a bunch of these ideas or better still.. something HUGE that integrates camera support seamlessly.

I want to scoop water around!

Im more tempted to buy this... I was thinking about it...
seeing as I never bought the ps2 camera I just figured
uh... but I don't know they might have sold me with the
card game.

I wish they would have made a full Magic the gathering
with this.. but so be it.

Maybe some tax money might go towards this.

BB had it for sale a few weeks back at $29.99, so it goes a bit cheaper every now and then.

That feature alone - and it absolutely works because I play Warhawk with it.. is the cost of a headset alone on other systems .. plus it's just nicer not to have something on your head for hours.

My webcam, a Logitech Quickcam Pro 3000 that somehow doesn't work with the PS3, has died. So I'm looking to get a new webcam.

But then I thought that maybe the PS3 Eyetoy can be used on the PS3 AND the PC. Has anybody with the PS3 Eye tried this? Specifically, would it work with Skype on a WinPC?

Only complaint is the resolution. C'mon, it should take 1.3MP stills.

I've heard a lot of great things about it's microphone capability in game as well. From users.
