When I went to the store they were in the lighting section I believe. Just ask a person who works in that department and they should be able to direct you to the lights. The store I went to had them on display so I could see them before I bought them.

-3 months later after purchasing these lights, I love them. Thanks again everyone for all the help!

The lights are on my tv and the sensor to turn them on are below my tv stand. You need to hit the button manually to turn them on, and I was wondering if there was something I could buy that would allow my harmony remote to recognize it. A person from Best Buy told me to try a Inline power switch. Would that work?

You can use an RF switch if your remote supports it

I have 4 of the 15", and they work very well. I think based on your personal tastes, the 9" should work fine. Are you getting 2 or 4 lightbars?

i also recommend this company. we got some led strip lighting for under the cabinetry in our kitchen and it looks fab. leds are kewl 'cos they are dimmable too.

The IKEA lights, you say?

I love mine. One of the first to use 'em - great pieces, them. Highly recommended! I use two bars per speaker and per side of the TV, so two boxes in all.

Not trying to be disrespectful here, but $10 for shipping ain't bad at all. I've got the Cyron's in my HT setup and they are integrated with my Harmony 880 remote and are an awesome addition to the HT. buy the Cyron lights and don't sweat the shipping charges. You will like the lights...

I won't speak of shipping costs...but as far as a product, the Cyron lights are one of the best companies out there for ambient lighting. If you can afford and/or like the LED lights, I recommend getting them. I really like mine, and they have added a very nice effect when watching TV.

I have to agree with JJxiv1215 on the IKEA lights. I was very skeptical of getting them with pretty much everyone saying cyron was the way to go, but the light work amazingly well and were cheaper to get. I would recommend them but again it all comes down to what you prefer.

On a side note I never really looked into getting my IKEA lights to work with my Harmony One remote. If anyone is familar with these two things and could help me out with getting it to work it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

The lights i got were the same price as the ikea set, but they have extra couple diodes on each bar, more colors, a dimming feature and comes with a remote that u can use to program ur harmony. I almost got the ikea set myself..
