Ghostbusters. I was very young. My mon had to take me out of the theater because I started to cry in terror when I saw the Staypuft Marshmello man. LOl.

The first one I remember seeing was Snow White. I was around 5 or 6. I was living in Panama at the time, my father was stationed there in the late 70's, when he was still in the Army. My sister took me to see it. Not ashamed to admit that I cried when watching it because I thought that she had died.

The first movies I ever saw in a theater: Destroy All Monsters(1968) and The Green Slime(1968) in 1969 at the Rialto Theater in downtown Atlanta.

First one I remember was Bambi but I think this film with Bambi had more
of an influence on me as a kid.

I think it was Herbie and the Jungle Book double feature at a drive-in. It was back in 75 even though they were released in the 60's and Then the same year my mother took me to see Jaws and I was only 7 and we had a beach house on the Cape Cod and I remember not going into the water for most of the summer. My parents though that was funny.

1. first film in theater: pinnochio re-issue, 1971

2. first film in theater i actually remember: snow white re-issue, 1975

3. first tv movie i remember seeing: the hobbit, winter 1977

4. first movie poster i ever noticed: sorceror, spring 1977

5. first drive-in double-feature i remember: herbie goes to monte carlo & gus

6. first movie tv spot i remember seeing: star wars (a flashed shot of chewbacca growling scared the living snot out of me)

7. first james bond movie: the spy who loved me, on showtime

8. first james bond film in theaters: a view to a kill, 1985

9. first teaser type trailer i remember: it's alive (holy crap that knocked me out once - my parents were outside, i was watching tv, it had gotten dark in the house, and that came on... look for it on youtube. i was in kindergarten).

10. first movie my dad let me stay up late to watch: high noon

11. first movie i saw on laser disc: star wars

12. first seen on vhs: the empire strikes back

13. first movie bought: poltergeist, vhs

14. first movie i saw without parents' permission: raiders of the lost ark, first run (a friend's super-cool mom took me)

15. first time i got pissed off at the oscars: raiders loses big awards to reds and chariots of fire

16. first r-rated film seen: x-ray, aka horror hospital, cinemax

17. first r-rated film in theaters: platoon

18. first r-rated on home video: the road warrior, vhs

19. first film i snuck into: labyrinth

20. first film i spent "more involved" with a date than with the film: see no evil, hear no evil

21. last film i remember going to with my whole family: star trek 4

22. first film i owned and wore out due to over-playing it: blue velvet, vhs

23. first retro non-disney film seen in theaters: hitchcock's notorious

24. first dvd viewing: 2001: a space odyssey

25. last films seen:

theater: star trek
dvd: religulous
tv: no way out
vhs: missile (frederick wiseman)


that was fun. sorry i drove off the road about 600 miles.
