All time: Soap

Even watching it now, I can't stop laughing. The originality, creativity and controversy still come through. The scene when Carol and Jody are at the Benihana-like restaurant and she is confessing her love for him is genius. The reaction of the chef just kills me. The tragedy of the show was the limit of 4 seasons due to the controversy, but the topics were getting a little ridiculous.

Others:
Married with Children (any scene with Marcy and Al)
Night court (only because Dan Fielding is the best supporting character in comedy history, just beating out Norm)
Cheers
Simpsons
MASH
Friends
Seinfeld
Arrested Development

Today's best:
Big Bang Theory (Sheldon is a great character)
How I Met Your Mother
Chuck
Reaper

All time favorite was Married With Children. Al was like my hero. Right now its Two and a Half Men. Spin City was a hoot and as a child, Get Smart and Hogans Heroes
