Last I checked, Dowling is around a 70 OVR Rookie CB. But he's sweet, keep him Stewie. Build him up and he'll be a great athlete.

He might b 80 on the Steelers scheme/depth chart but his actual rating was 68 when rosters came out and he is 72 in the updated rosters.all

Actully he was 72 when the original rosters came out. The 68 is what he shows up b/c I have a different scheme then the Steelers.
