My own guess: Only the US market is big enough to be worth creating slipcovers for in this case. If it weren't for the region specific age restriction markers they could have used the same packaging in the UK as US though, as I see no other differences.

Oliver was the main draw in the set for me. Oliver and The Social Network are the only ones I’ve seen before.

Please let us know how the video and audio look for Oliver! The blu-ray's 5.1 audio was rather underwhelming. I'm most excited to see how improved this movie looks and sounds with this new 4k restoration.

Just finished watching The Social Network with "Unrated" audio - unrated in quotes because there is only 1 extra F-bomb (the aforementioned "Gut the ... nerd"). Disappointed is an understatement!!! Also, there's some very ugly banding/posterisation on the door as Zuckerberg walks in to watch the coding drinking challenge. Other than that, PQ is typical Sony quality - looking forward to reading Geoff D's review

Nope, the press release states it's a new "exclusive Blu-ray™ bonus disc" and the shorts are HD. It's in this post:

If there's only one extra curse word then that'll be why the UK version is still rated as a 12. Another mystery solved, gang!

First time I’ve watched it apart from seeing little bits of it on TV years ago.

It’s not the best looking disc I’ve seen but I would imagine it preserves the original look of the film.

best buy account this morning. It shows the set still pending.
