According to the review the DVD was "4:3 letterboxed to 1.78:1 widescreen" (i.e. non-anamorphic), and the blu-ray "16:9 1.33:1 open-matte" so you are getting more of the image. Its debateable which is the correct ratio.

Thanks.

I ended up cancelling, the service was a complete farce. I only have Batman, Two Face, Batwoman/Batgirl, Robin and the Joker, I did have Catwoman and the Penguin but I sent them back for a refund as they were damaged. I do have the chess board in a cupboard but I don't think I'll ever use that.

i was going to collect them but my newsagents missed a few issues and i stopped after that
