Look what just turned up!

Mint, no damage to the case whatsoever and very well packed as you can see with lots of bubble wrap and put in a box!

Hey congrats! Sorry for all the troubles you've had to go through to get this. It's a good thing it turned up in mint condition. That might help make you feel a wee better. Have fun!

Hopefully my copy would arrive in mint condition as well.

Default PopUp Menus

Hi,

I'm reading this thread for a long time, but this is my first post.

English is not my primary language, so please, sorry for any errors

I bought "Howl's Moving Castle" (JP release) and this BD don't have a PopUp menu on main movie. Can someone please confirm this, or it's an problem with my BD Player?

Thank you so much!

No, unfortunately this is CORRECT. There is no pop up menu on any of the japanese BD releases.

Yes there is, but not on the popup menu button. There's an instruction in Japanese before the movie that hitting the confirmation button on the remote brings up the popup menu during the film. It did just that on the last 3 I watched.

Finally got my Tototo + Grave set today! Mint condition.

Very happy with the double set, it's much nicer in real life than in pictures IMHO, and the extra booklet is lovely. Plus, it being encased in about four layers of plastic meant that even if it hadn't been bubble-wrapped the actual BD case was isolated from any possible damage.

Really? Thanks for telling us (me?). I was wondering what that was, now I know.

I wish I could say that my lack of activity on here today was because Fireflies and Totoro arrived in the post and I have been watching them all day... unfortunately, that is not the case.

I hope you get them tomorrow.

I wonder if this delayed of deliveries are only in Europe because of the Olympics or is it worldwide.. My Totoro & Fireflies were dispatched yesterday so I'm looking forward for them to come in the mail next week.
