There's a few things I'm not too happy with, but i'll accept:
[Show spoiler] But honestly, somethings not really sitting right with me with these test screenings. Why would a highly anticipated horror sequel have a highly publicized screening for the movie 8 months out? Especially with twists that it has |

The good news is there's plenty of time between now and October to film any new scenes if that's the case. The production for H:Kills is lengthy and isn't rushed as H:'18. Last edited by steev210; 02-01-2020 at 09:14 PM. |

I'm trying to resist every urge to tear through all those spoilers! So far, so good. But for those who read them, one thing that I'm really curious about...
Does the beginning of the film pick up exactly after H:18 with the ending seeming to suggest that H:Ends will pick up exactly where H:Kills leaves off? I find it intriguing if H:18, H:Kills and H:Ends all take place on the same night with each film picking up where the previous one ended. They can be watched and enjoyed on their own, but when viewed back to back they form one MASSIVE, EPIC film. Last edited by steev210; 02-02-2020 at 02:42 AM. |

I can't possibly read spoilers to my favourite movie franchise of all time. I used to have a bad habit of reading the last page of a novel before I read the first and it would obviously spoil the whole thing for me. Thankfully got out of that habit many many years ago so I'm not going to start that bad habit again now by finding out what happens in a movie before I even go to see it.
But damn am I so eager to see. Like everyone else says, 9 months is a long time. |

It wasn't this far away though.
Halloween (2018) started filming in mid-January and finished filming in mid-February. The test screening for that one was around April (I think), which means it was about 6 months before it released. For Halloween kills we're talking about a 9 month wait. I mean 3 more months might not seem like a big difference but it really is. Especially when you consider the fact that Blumhouse doesn't usually drop their trailer until 4 months before release date. |
